Council approval of retail fireworks license renewal fox Wal-Mart in Elk River. Wal-Mart's current license
expires June 5, 2008. 'The renewal will be valid June 6, 2008 through June 6, 2009.
Background/Discussion
Wal ~Maxt is requesting renewal of their retail fireworks license. The applicant has submitted all the
necessary application materials, successfully cleared a police department background check, and
inspection by the fire chief.
