Forest Acquisition Grant scheduled to be
heard at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 24,1995, has
been rescheduled to be heard on Tuesday,
April 25,1995, at approximately 6:00 p.m.

The regularly scheduled Apri124, 1995, City Council meeting has been
rescheduled. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 1995, at
S: 00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall.
• The regularly scheduled May 1, 1995, City Council meeting has been
rescheduled. This meeting will be held on Monday, May 8, 1995, at
approximately 7:00 p.m. (immediately following the 6:00 p.m. EDA
meeting) at the Elk River City Hall.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Elk River Mayor, hereby request a special
meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, Apri125, 1995, at 5:00 p.m., to be
held at the Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway. The purpose of the
special meeting is to consider regular Council business and to discuss capital
improvements.
I further request that the regularly scheduled Council meeting of Apri124,
1995, be canceled.

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the City Clerk to post this
notice. I further request the City Clerk to notify each member of the City
Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
