SUBJECT: Application for Set-up License for Chin Yuen
Restaurant
An application has been made for renewal of the set-up license for Chin Yuen Restaurant
located at 17291 Highway 10. Set-up Licenses aze approved by the State Liquor Control
Division. It is required that the City Council grant approval to the Set-up License prior to
the State issuing the license.
Action requested: Council motion to grant a renewal of the Set-up License for Chin
Yuen Restaurant.
