SUBJECT: Transient Merchant License Request by
Dennis Bolles to Sell Ice Cream
INTRODUCTION
Mr. Dennis Bolles has requested to sell ice cream novelties from a vending
truck in the City of Elk River. Mr. Bolles is employed by Blue Bell Ice
Cream.
Mr. Bolles has submitted an application and license fee and the Police Chief
has signed off on the required background check.

Council motion to approve a transient merchant license for Dennis Bolles to
allow the sale of ice cream novelties from a vending truck in the City of Elk
River.
