Action Requested
1. Council motion approving a solicitor license to Tracy Fisher through December 29, 2008, with the
following conditions:
a. Only one (1) solicitor shall approach one residence and no solicitor from the same company
can approach the same door again unless invited back by the resident.
b. Hours fox unsolicited calls axe limited to Monday through Saturday, Noon to 6:00 p.m.
c. Applicants shall carry the solicitor's license and a driver's license ox state ID while soliciting.
d. Applicant's shall not knock on any door where there is a sign prohibiting solicitors.
Background/Discussion
Mx. Fisher with GMG Direct is requesting a license to solicit services fox Charter Communications. The
application has been processed and he qualifies fox a solicitor's license per our ordinance.
