Special City Council Meeting Dates
At the Utilities Commission meeting on January 9, 1996, the Commission
discussed possible dates for a joint meeting with the City Council. After
discussion by the Commission, it was recommended that a joint meeting
between the Utilities Commission and City Council be held after the EDA
meeting on Monday, February 12, 1996. It is anticipated that this joint
meeting will begin at approximately 7 p.m. If this date and time work for the
Council, a special meeting should be called.
I have received confirmation from the county administrator that the Tuesday,
March 19, 1996, joint meeting with the Sherburne County Board of
Commissioners to be held at 6:30 p.m., at the Sherburne County Government
Center was approved. Accordingly, the City Council should, by motion, call
this special meeting.
There may be additional meetings that are firmed up by the City Council
meeting time, and ff this happens, I will have a verbal update for additional
special meetings to schedule.
