SUBJECT: CIP Discussion
As time allows, it may be appropriate to discuss some capital improvement
program (CIP) items that are carried over from the worksession on January
15, 1996. On the other hand, if by the time we come to this agenda item we
are approaching 7 p.m., then we can continue this CIP discussion agenda
item until another meeting. For example, it may be possible that the 1/22/96,
1/29/96, or 2/5/96 Council agendas will be hght and that we can meet in a
worksession following the regular City Council meeting to continue the CIP
discussion. We will all know more about topics for continued discussion
based on how the worksession goes on 1/15/96.
