RESOLUTION NO. 01 - 30
A RESOLUTION FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL OF TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 169
AND COUNTY ROAD 33 INTERCHANGE
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River, held on the 21sday of
May., 2001, the following Resolution was offered by Tveite
and seconded by Motin to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the construction of a grade separated interchange at the junction of
Trunk Highway No. 169 and County Road 33 within the corporate limits of the City of Elk
River; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS said preliminary layout was presented to the City of Elk River on May
21, 2001 and will be filed with the Office of the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1, State Project Number 7106-
66.

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layout for the construction
project within the corporate limits be hereby approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of the
Resolution: Klinzing, Dietz, Kuester, Motin, and Tveite
The following Council Members voted against its adoption:
None
whereupon the Mayor and/or presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
