1t the '~'Iay 12, 2008 City Council meeting, the CouncIl approved phase one of the Rivenvallc project.
Staff is requesting authorization to contract with HI~Gi to prepare constriction documents, the bid
package, and constriction administration at a cost not to exceed X7,730. HKGi provided similar services
tot the downtown park, Ricers I dgc Commons.
Financial Impact
The project cost, uichrding HKGi's services, is $72,1 i 6. $60,000 of that is to be reimbursed by the Elk
Rivet Rotuv Club with the balance coming fiom the city's development fund.
