I-Tall.

On N1ac 12, 2008, the Cite Council authorized the building maintenance deparnnent to advertise for bids
for replacement of the roof-top liquid chiller at the City Hall building. This is the original chiller and is
over 15 years- old. The s~,stcm is beginning to fail, coils are leaking, and our building maintenance staff is
continually incurring manttenance expenses on the up-keep of the original chiller
The bid opening for the roof-top chiller will be A~Ionday, June ?, 2008 at 1:00 a.m. at P:lk 1Ziver City Hall.
The bid results ~~°ill be distributed at the City Council meeting. Gary Lore, Building i~4aintenance
Supetc~isot will be available to go over the results of the bids.
Financial Impact
1'he replacement is included in the 2008 budget.
