Designation of Official City Newspaper
**Item 4.5.**
State Statute requires that cities annually designate an official newspaper that is used to
publish legal matters and notices. The ~/k I~'ver octar News has been the official newspaper
for the City of Elk River for the past several years.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to designate the Elk tO'ver StarNeJvs as the official newspaper for the City of
Elk River for 2003.
