Action Requested
Council approval of retail fireworks license renewal for Menards in Elk River. The renewal will be valid
June 17, 2008 through June 17, 2009.
Background/Discussion
Menards is requesting renewal of their retail fireworks license. The applicant has submitted all the
necessary application materials, successfully cleared a police department background check, and
inspection by the fire chief.
