SUBJECT: Appreciation Dinner
This is an update on the progress of the appreciation dinner planned
for February 13, 1996. Invitations were sent to 48 volunteers, 5
council and 4 staff members. The response at this time has been
minimal. It seems that this date interfered with planned winter
vacations and other meetings. Only 12 of the 48 volunteers who were
invited will be attending. There are still a few who have not
responded so these number could change slightly.
The response is as follows:
5 Council + 4 guests
4 Staff + I guest
13 Volunteers + 11 guests
TOTAL = 38
We plan on going ahead with the dinner even though the turn-out is
much less than anticipated. Those who do not attend will receive a
token of appreciation, and if their term expired in 1994, they will
receive a certification of appreciation.
