WHEREAS, the E11r, River Lions Club has made applicadon to the State Gambling
Control Board for a Prer ses Pert Renewal-and,
WHEREAS, die Premises Permit NwD allow charitable amblin on the premises of
Broadway Bar and Pizza located at 16754 Highway 10 M the City of M
River; and,
WHEREAS, tfie Ir 1k River Lions Club has met die city's requ u*emen t o f spending
percent of its hawffil expenditures wid-tin e city's trade area during dae
past two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by die City Council of d -le Cite of Elk River,
a esota that a Preinises Permit be gamed to the EH River Lions Club to allow charitable
gambling operations at Broadway Bar and Pizza a at 16754 Highway 10, E i: River, Minnesota,
