RESOLUTION RECEMNG THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AT ORDERING .. PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER THE BITUMINOUS OVERLAX
IMPROVEMENT of 2008
WHEREAS the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council In Resolution 07 -99 has been prepared xvith
reference to the.2008 I iturnino s Overlay � rovc ent and was ,received by the City on
May 19, 008; and
WHEREAS the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible;
NOW THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. The Ci t Council xvill consider the 2 008 Bit rm'nous Overlay imp ovements as described in the
Feasibi it r Report and the assessment of the property abutting dais proposed improvement foraR or
a or on of the cost of he improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 499, at are

public bearing shall be held before the Ci y Council on the proposed improvement on the 7th day
o f j uly, oo 8, at 6:30 o'clock p .m. at die Ells River City HaH CouncH Chambers.
The City Clerk shaH provide mo pubhshed notices (one week apart) in the official newspaper with at
least three days bemeen the last pubfication date and the hearing, and nailed notice ten days to the
Bearing as required by law.
