PREPARATION of FLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN
THE MATTER of THE BITUMINOUS IMPROVEMENT
OF 2008
WHEREAS a pubhc hearing relating to the 2008 Bituminous Overlay improvement NviH be held before
the Elk River it)r Councfl after ten days maflied notice and two wee ks pubhshed notice of
the hearing was given; and
WHEREAS the City CouncH has duly considered the Feasibihty Report and those matter presented at the
public bearing by those person desiring to he heard on the matter;
No's, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Councfl of the Cite of Ells River, Nfin esota:
Terry J. Nfaurer, PE, City Engineer, is here designated as Project Engineer for this improvement.
The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and s e i ca6ons for the maldng of the
improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
