BACKGROUND
Julie Johnson is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage
at the Waterfall Salon and Day Spa located at 705 Main Street. Julie has submitted her
application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully
completed course work in the area of massage and passed the required background
investigation.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Julie Johnson to practice
therapeutic massage at Waterfall Salon and Day Spa located at 705 Main Street.
