Applicant:
Ajay Uppal - Princeton Town Mart Corporation
Background:
Mr. Uppal is in the process of purchasing the Cenex Gas Station/Convenience Store located
at 13374 Highway 10. Mr. Uppal has made application for a tobacco license to sell tobacco
and for a 3.2 percent beer sale to sell 3.2 percent beer off-sale.
Action Requested:
Council motion approving tobacco license and 3.2 percent beer off sale license for Ajay
Uppal at the location of 13374 Highway 10.
