NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and Housing and Redevelopment
Authority will be attending a Downtown Revitalization Tour (of the Bluff building and The Bank of
Elk River building on March 5, 2007, at 4:30 p.m., at the Flannery Construction Office, Main Street
in downtown Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council and Housing and
Redevelopment Authority members may attend the tour; however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council or Housing and Redevelopment Authority
during the tour.
