SUBJECT: Alcohol Compliance Checks
On June 26, 2008, compliance checks were done in the City of Elk River by the Sherburne
County Public Health Department and Elk River Police Department.
Chipotle Mexican Grill failed the compliance check. This is a first violation for Chipotle. A
letter will be sent to the establishment explaining that (1) they may request a hearing before
the City Council or (2) they need to submit the administrative penalty of $500.
This item will be placed on a future agenda if Chipotle requests a hearing.
