Transient Merchant License for Shirley
Madland
Shirley Madland has made application for a transient merchant
license. The license would allow her to sell flowers on the property
owned by Hunts Feed Store located along Highway 10 in the City of
Elk River. Mrs. Madland has submitted a letter of consent from
Wesley Hunt to allow the sale of flowers on his property. Shirley
Madland has requested to sell flowers on the weekends of Easter and
Mother's Day.
