This proposed preliminary plat was presented to the Planning Commission
on January 23, 1996, for their review and consideration. Based on some
outstanding issues, the applicant asked to have this item tabled by the
Planning Commission until the February 27th Planning Commission
meeting. Therefore, this item will be presented to the City Council on March
18th for consideration.
