SUBJECT: Sherburne County Fair Parade Information
The Sherburne County Fair will be held July 17-20, 2008. The parade is scheduled for Friday,
July 18. It starts at 6:30 p.m., but if any Councilxnembers would like to be in the parade, you
will need to arrive by 6:00 p.m. for setup on the fire truck. Meet in the area of Main Street
and Rush Street. Candy will be available to distribute to the public. The parade will follow
Main Street to Orono Parkway and end on the corner of Orono Parkway and Joplin Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council maybe participating in the
Sherburne County Fair parade on July 18, 2008, at 5:30 p.m, meeting in the area of Main and Rush
Streets, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may attend the parade;
however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during
the parade.
