A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN
THE MATTER OF THE STREET OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT
OF 2001
WHEREAS
a public headng relating to the 2001 Street Oveday improvement will be held on
August 13, 2001, before the Elk River City Council after ten days mailed notice
and two weeks published notice of the headng was given; and
WHEREAS
the City Council will duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matter
presented at the public headng by those person desidng to be heard on the
matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
Howard R. Green Company is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
