Accept Police Officer Resignation and
Discuss Timeframe for Hiring New
Officers
Attached to this memo is a resignation letter from Police Officer Richard
Weiss, effective February 20, 1996. The City Council should formally accept
this resignation at Monday's meeting.
Additionally, Chief Zerwas will be in attendance at the meeting to update the
Council on the status of the eligibility roster for hiring new officers.
Recommendation
The City Council should formally accept the resignation of Police Officer
Richard Weiss.
