(Platted Residential Lot Inventory)
Attached is the most current residential lot inventory of developments that
have been platted since 1989. Currently there are 176 lots that are available
for development. However, once the improvements are completed to Country
Crossings 2nd Addition, which are scheduled to done this summer, a total of
266 lots will be available. At this point, it may be worth noting that if the
projects that are planned to be completed this year actually do get completed,
there is an anticipated 250 additional lots that will be brought on line some
time this year.
