Motion acknowledging to the public that a quorum of the City Council may be present for a boat tour of
Lake Orono.
Background/Discussion
The Lake Orono Association would like to give the City Council a boat tour of Lake Orono on Monday,
July 28, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. A quorum of the Council may be present; however, they will not convene a
City Council meeting or discuss City business and no action will be taken by the City Council on the boat
tour.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Orono Association would like to give a boat tour
of Lake Orono on Monday, July 28, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. The tour will begin from the Orono Park
boat landing. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may attend the boat tour; however, they will
not convene a City Council meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council on the boat
tour.
