The existing structures are screened by vegetation and are not visible from neighboring residents.
The portable structures do not affect either traffic circulation or parking.
The current IUP is good until September 1, 2008. The applicant had initially asked for the IUP to
be until September of 2010, but the City Council was concerned with that length of time and
approved a short duration. They also noted that the applicant can ask for an extension if they
needed it. Their construction schedule has been delayed so they are asking for an extension.
