Staff is in the process of drafting goals and strategies for the downtown North of Highway
10 Redevelopment Plan based on the HRA's December 5, 2005 Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. It is anticipated that the draft goals and
strategies will be available fox review at the February 6, 2006 HRA meeting.
