A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY iOF EI~K RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT W~EED INSPECTOR
WHEREAS,
Minnesota Statutes require the Mayor to act as a local weed inspector for the
City of Elk River; and
WHEREAS,
Minnesota Statutes also provides for the appointment of an assistant weed
inspector to act on behalf of the Mayor; and
WHEREAS,
the assistant weed inspector is granted the same p~ower, authority and
responsibility as the Mayor in the capacitY of Weed Inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Phil Hals is hereby appointed as Assistant Weed
Inspector for the CitY of Elk River for the term of Mayor Stephanie Klinzing from January 1, 2003 to
December 31, 2006.
