SUBJECT: Call Special HRA Meeting for Joint Meeting with EDA for
Overview of Changes to Eminent Domain Law
Issue
Staff has arranged to have Stacie Kvilvang of Ehlers & Associates present an overview of the
changes to the eminent domain law at the September EDA meeting. It is appropriate for
the HRA to take part in the presentation and discussion therefore a joint meeting is
suggested.
Requested Action
Staff requests that the HRA call for a special meeting for the purpose of holding a joint
meeting with the EDA on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. for an overview of
changes to the eminent domain law.
