HRSR CANCEL 09-05-2006MEETING NOTICE CANCELING THE SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING & CALLING SPECIAL MEETINGS FOR SEPTEMBER I I, 2006 AND SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 I, Stewart Wilson, HRA Chair, hereby cancel the September 5, 2006 Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) regular meeting due to a lack of items requiring action, and request special meetings of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, September 11, 2006 and Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETINGS FOLLOWS... The HRA will meet jointly with the City Council and Economic Development Authority on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. for a presentation on recent changes to the Minnesota eminent domain law. The HRA will conduct a work session on V~ednesday, September 13, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the downtown north of Highway 10 redevelopment plan. In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least three days prior to the meeting date.
