SUBJECT: Downtown Revitalization Project Update
- Call Special HRA Meeting for November 20, 2006 for Joint
Meeting with City Council regarding downtown parking
Staff will provide a verbal update regarding the following items at the HRA meeting:
• Project construction status (Bluffs, Jackson, Park, Bank of Elk River)
• Communications
Staff will be presenting a downtown parking analysis at the November 20`'' City Council
meeting, along with a draft loan program for affected businesses as requested by the Council.
It would be appropriate for the HRA to attend the November 20`'' Council meeting for these
discussions.
Action Requested
Staff recommends the HRA call a special meeting for November 20, 2006 for the purpose of
a joint meeting with the City Council regarding downtown parking.
