Issue Commissioner Toth provided the attached property pricing/detailed information. Also attached is a map indicating the location and adjacent zoning of the property. The home is priced at $129,900 and is currently unoccupied. Background & Recommendation The HRA began working in June of 2004 on a conceptual redevelopment plan for downtown north of Hwy 10 and this property is located within the plan area. Since it was the HRA's October 3"' consensus to begin work on a formal redevelopment plan for the area, staff's recommendation is that the HRA postpone purchasing property until the plan is completed.
