Request for Transient Merchant License
Rudy Gaiton and Erik Johnstone have made application for a
transient merchant license. They are requesting to sell audio
equipment to residents in Elk River by going door-to-door. Both
have completed an application, paid their license fee and have
submitted information for a background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve the transient merchant license for Erik
Johnstone and Rudy Gaiton.
