Council motion to approve a solicitor license to Geoffrey Daly through December 31, 2008 with the
following condition:
1. Applicant must be driven to or walk to any appointments.
Background/Discussion
Mr. Daly is requesting a solicitor license in order to sell gutters, siding, roofing, and windows to residents.
He had submitted all application materials and completed a background check. Mr. Daly doesn't have a
current driver's license.
