Massage Therapist License
APPLICANT
Debra Brunko
BACKGROUND
Debra Brunko is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage
at the Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. Debra has
submitted her application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of
successfully completed course work in the area of massage. The required background
check is in progress at the time this memo is being written.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Debra Brunko to practice
therapeutic massage at Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169
contingent upon a successful background check.
