Action Requested
Interview Bruce Sayler for consideration as a business representative to the Energy City Commission. If
appointed, term expiration would be February 29, 2010.
Background/Discussion
Ordinance allows for up to six representatives of energy related businesses to serve on the Energy City
Commission. Brian Burandt served as the Connexus Energy representative to the commission but
resigned in May due to a job change. Bruce Sayler of Connexus Energy is requesting to serve on the
commission.
Mr. Sayler will be in attendance at the October 13, 2008, meeting.
