SUBJECT: Closed Meeting Statements
Before closing a meeting, the Council must state on the record the specific grounds
permitting the meeting to be closed and describe the subject to be discussed. Please make
the following statement to the public as you adjourn the regular Council meeting:
The regular Council meeting is adjourned. The Council will be calling a
closed meeting.
The meeting will be closed as permitted by the attorney-client privilege,
Section 13D.05, subdivision 3b of the Minnesota Statutes in order to
discuss litigation.
We won't be back on cable TV.
