A PROCLAMATION
HONORING DON ERDMAN AND JIM OSTERMAN
OF E & O TOOL AND PLASTICS, INC.
AS SMALL BUSINESS PERSONS OF THE YEAR
FOR 1995
WHEREAS, Mr. Don Erdman and Mr. Jim Osterman formed E & O Tool
and Plastics in 1986; and,
WHEREAS, company revenues and employment opportunities have
increased significantly since its inception; and,
WHEREAS, E & O Tool and Plastics currently occupies a 30,000 square
foot facility at 19178 Industrial Boulevard in the Elk River
Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, -the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce annually
recognizes a small business person of the year; and,
WHEREAS, Apri130 -May 6, 1995, is Small Business Week in
Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor of the City of Elk River,
join the business community in honoring Don Erdman and Jim Osterman as
the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Persons of the
Year for 1995.
