SUBJECT: Consider Cigarette Application for
T.E.T. Enterprises, Inc.
INTRODUCTION
T.E.T. Enterprises has made application for a cigarette license. The license
would allow T.E.T. Enterprises to sell cigarettes for two days, July 3 and July
4, during the City of Elk River July Fourth celebration at Orono Park. T.E.T.
Enterprises is associated with the carnival that operates during the
celebration.
ACTION REQUESTED:
The City Council is requested to approve a cigarette license for T.E.T.
Enterprises, Inc., allowing them to sell cigarettes on July 3 and 4 in
conjunction with the July Fourth celebration at Orono Park.
