SUBJECT: City Council Meeting Schedule
The Mayor would like to discuss with the City Council whether or not the
Monday, Apri124, 1995, City Council meeting and CIP Worksession can be
moved to Tuesday, Apri125, 1995. The Planning Commission is also
scheduled to meet on Apri125, 1995. If our City Council meeting date
changes to Tuesday, we will have to coordinate our agenda items so that the
city engineer can be available to both groups.
• Mayor Duitsman and Councilmember Farber have both advised me that they
will be out of town for the regularly scheduled Monday, May 1, 1995,
meeting. Accordingly, it may be appropriate for the City Council to cancel
this meeting and schedule a special meeting for Monday, May 8, 1995,
following the EDA meeting. Known agenda items for this early May meeting
include a number of annual reports from department heads. Other agenda
items are anticipated to surface in the next few weeks.
The third Monday of May is our regularly scheduled public hearing meeting
for planning items.
The audit is anticipated to be presented to the council on Monday, May 22,
1995, the fourth Monday of the month.
There are five Mondays in May, but the fifth Monday is the Memorial Day
holiday. No council meeting is scheduled for this week.
