SUBJECT: Request for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License by Elk River Area
Chamber of Commerce
The City has received a request for an "Exemption from Lawful Gambling
License" by the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.
• The "Exemption from Lawful Gambling License" would allow the Chamber of
Commerce to hold a raffle during the July 4, celebration to be held at Orono
Park.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to authorize an "Exemption from Lawful Gambling License"
for the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.
