Ver MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor and City Council
FROM: Steven B. Ach, City Planner
DATE: June 19, 1995
SUBJECT: Consider Granting Extension for
Preliminary Plat Approval for
Cherryhill Bluffs 4th Addition
Issue
The developer is requesting the City Council consider granting extension for
preliminary plat approval for Cherryhill Bluffs 4th Addition.
Att¢chments
• • Letter from the developer requesting extension for preliminary plat
approval
• Excerpt from Subdivision Ordinance
Oaeruiew
The Council originally granted preliminary plat approval for Cherryhill
Bluffs 4th Addition on May 3, 1993. At that time the preliminary plat
consisted of 148 single family lots and was anticipated to be platted two
phases. Final plat for the first phase of 31 lots was granted by the City
Council on 7/6/93.
Similar to the previous requests by the developers to extend preliminary plat
approval, staff does not believe the conditions or long range plans for this
area have changed to warrant further review, therefore, would support the
developers' request for an extension to their preliminary plat approval.
Recommend¢tion
It is recommended the City Council grant an extension to preliminary plat
approval for Cherryhill Bluffs 4th Addition.
