Action Requested
Approval of the request by Broadway Bar and Pizza located at 16754 Highway 10 for a tobacco license
valid through December 31, 2009.
Background/Discussion
Broadway Bar and Pizza is requesting a license to sell tobacco at 16754 Highway 10. The applicant has
submitted all the necessary application materials and fees. The tobacco licensing period runs January 1
through December 31. Due to the timing of this request, staff is recommending the applicant be granted
a license through December 31, 2009.
