Summar~-
In October, the City Council gave staff direction to craft an ordinance that would allow signage in the
CRT zoning district, with the understanding the signage would be consistent with the highway business
uses. The Council also wanted to make clear that billboards were not an acceptable use. Based on staff s
understanding of these desires, and of other issues, staff recommends the attached text, to be inserted in
Section 30-1583.
