• River's Edge Trail Phase One: Rough grading, concrete work and bituminous paving
is complete. The brick pavers are partially complete and the final grading and
landscaping work will be completed the week of November 10`"
• The Clean Water Legacy Amendment was passed by referendum in the November
4`'' election. This amendment will provide over$40 million per year for parks and
trails improvement statewide. Emphasis will be on projects that provide a statewide
or regional benefit. Staff will be working to identify potential projects in Elk River
and prioritizing these projects.
