NATIONAL D.A.R.E. CONFERENCE
I am requesting authorization for officers Bryan Vita and Bob
Kluntz to attend the National D.A.R.E. Conference in Saint Louis,
Missouri. The conference will be held from August 6-10, 1996.
This is an annual conference that is held around the United States.
Our D.A.R.E. officers have attended several of these conferences
over the past several years. They have indicated to me that the
conference provides them with up to date information and teaching
skills for D.A.R.E. instructing. To keep the costs down, our
officers are planning to drive to Saint Louis.
I will be in attendance at Monday's meeting if you should have any
questions.
