I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, December 8, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose is to consider the resolution adopting the final tax levy for taxes payable in
2009 and consider adoption of 2009 budgets.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of
the City Council of this meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
