SUBJECT: Variable Frequency Drive Purchase
The 1996 budget has $20,000 in capital outlay to be used for the purchase of
a variable frequency drive for the Highway 10 lift station.
The following proposals were received. (Prices do not include sales tax or
work that needs to be done by an electrician).

It is my recommendation that the City Council authorize the purchase of the
VFD from Dynamic Systems, Inc. for $14,915.00 plus tax.
